Do you operate all year-round?
Yes, RD Bin Wash Ireland operates all year round. As long as the waste collection trucks are running, our team will continue providing our bin cleaning service.
Why is there a rubbish bag in my bin after cleaning?
Any rubbish collected from your bins will be black bagged and placed back into your wheelie bin after cleaning.
How do I know my bins have been cleaned?
Your bins will be clean, smell nice and returned to your property.
What if I forget to leave my bins out on my scheduled cleaning day? Do I get reminders?
Yes. RD Bin Wash Ireland will send you a free SMS text reminder the evening before your scheduled cleaning day to remind you that your bins are due to be cleaned the following day.
To ensure your service can be completed, please leave your bins placed outside.
Why is a one-off wash more expensive than monthly cleaning?
It is more expensive to have a one-off wash than a regular wash because they take us considerably longer to clean.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
To cancel the service at any time, contact us by email.
How do you save water?
RD Bin Wash Ireland only use purpose-built bin washing machines which catch the wastewater used in the bin cleaning process before recycling it through our integrated multistage filtration system before being discharged at a registered drop off point at our depot.
